Hon Alderman Najma Hafeez

Najma is the CEO of Russell Excel, an international management consultancy.  She has held a number of senior public positions.  She has extensive experience in the health sector having sat as the Chair of Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust, and as a non-executive director of City Hospital Trust.
